Our Story

What started as a small, corner deli in Richmond has transformed to the shawarma, we know and love today. The owner, Mahmoud Farah, is a Palestinian native who grew up in Jerusalem. Farrah move to the U.S. when he was 18, and found his talent for slinging shawarma in New York.

In 2022, Farrah realized his true calling was in the restaurant business and opened Scott’s Shawarma. The secret behind the taste and success is his family – providing him support and sending his signature seasonings all the way from Jerusalem.
